Ashtanga Yoga is a system of Yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This type of yoga involves synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures. Ashtanga builds strength & flexibility in both your body & mind.

Barefoot Warrior


Sarah will be combining all of her knowledge in this strong and challenging class.

Candle Light Yoga


We invite you to melt away stress with a candlelit practice. Soothing music sets the tone and begins a restorative practice. The class uses guided meditation and postures allowing students to achieve a level of relaxation and yoga unlike any other class, Allowing time for gentle muscle stretching. Breathe – restore – de stress – calm

Shanti Shanti


Candle light sets the mood for a rejuvenating, restoring and relaxing class that is the perfect end to the working week.

Vinyasa Flow


A dynamic flowing sequence of postures with a strong focus on breath and non linear movement will take you on a journey inside the body and mind. A different theme per month allows students to learn a sequence, build stamina in the focus areas, whilst developing concentration and awareness to carry with you off the mat.

Yin


Yin yoga is a slow pace style of yoga where postures are held for several minutes. Yin is practised mostly on the mat. This calming class gives you chance to deepen your stretches, increasing your flexibility and teacher you how to work with your breath to create a peaceful mindfulness space within yourself.

Yogi Core


Utilising activation postures to ignite the yogi core to strengthen and to help overall practice. All levels welcome, its important to strengthen as well as lengthen.
